
William Lyon Homes came to us to create a micro site as a major portion of a campaign to showcase the numerous options available in their new homes, posing the question “what more could you possibly want”? The result was a database-driven micro site that allowed users to select from over 20 options available to find the home they desired. The options were linked to a database of homes that created a customized list based on the criteria provided.
To support the WhatMore…campaign, William Lyon created a series of email communications that targeted visitors who opted-in to receive more information. By targeting the message to the audience interested in a specific new home community or area, we were able to effectively provide information on homes available as well as drive traffic to the website.
