  • Our busy agency is in search of an Interactive Services Manager who has a proven track record excelling in:
  • Project Management in the interactive arena
  • Customer Service
  • Communication with Clients and team members
  • Our ideal candidate:
  • Has two to five years of advertising agency experience managing projects and clients
  • Actively informs and educates Client and Creative services within the agency regarding web strategy, online technology, and e-marketing.
  • Creates and manages relationships with strategic partners to increase the offerings of the agency and ensure the success of web projects.
  • Understands and uses market research and media information to evaluate, adjust and redirect campaign.
  • Builds and nurtures productive business relationships both with clients and staff.
  • Effectively presents, sells and defends all agency work/proposal to clients; supports other client services team members in these functions.
  • Creates reports, reviews hotsheets, invoices, billable time, approves creative briefs.
  • Is self-motivated, with attention to detail, and a strong ability to prioritize
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
  • Agency experience is a must
  • Has excellent communications and writing skills
  • Ability to take initiative and to follow through
  • Capable of setting and meeting deadlines
  • Must be a true team player who is focused on the “we” results
